Top 50 Boutique Hotels was conceived in 2020 with the first ‘list reveal’ in November 2021. Our aim is to provide a source to recognise the best boutique hotels in UK and to help people discover these unique and diverse places to stay.
The list is voted for and chosen by more than 100 judges who are key people in the hospitality industry. Our judges come from leading hotel businesses, editors of key media brands and travel writers who are geographically spread across the UK to ensure no regional bias. Top 50 Boutique Hotels also publishes Top 50 Gastropubs, which has been in existence since 2009, and Top 50 Cocktail Bars, which was launched in 2018. The Top 50 family is brand under The Morning Advertiser which is produced by William Reed, market leaders in food and drink business media brands across retail, manufacturing and hospitality. Brands include The Morning Advertiser, The Grocer and The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
