Fowlescombe Farm

Ivybridge

Following the seasons is of utmost importance at this Devon rural retreat. Fowlescombe Farm is set close to the wilds of Dartmoor – quietly luxurious and restorative, the venue is home to 10 beautifully designed rooms.

This collection of unique suites share the same high standard of comfort, design and environmental sensitivity while each has its own distinct character.

The 450-acre regenerative far the retreat sits on influences every aspect from dishes where the journey of produce is measured in footsteps from the garden and farm to the kitchen, to experiences designed to ease guests into the rhythm of the farm and wild beauty of Devon – this is a place built to reconnect with land and the seasons.

The land is at the heart of Fowlescombe with native and rare British breeds raised with intention and care at its core.

Alongside English Longhorn and Beef Shorthorn cattle, Manx Loaghtan sheep thrive alongside Tamworth pigs and Boer goats.

The farm has been proudly organic for more than two decades and its kitchen garden is nurtured to produce an ever-changing palette of British heritage and more unexpected vegetables working their way from soil to plate in The Refectory kitchen where much of what is served comes from the farm and what can't be grown, is sourced from producers who share Fowlescombe's ethos on good food with good intentions.
